Abstract The rapid development of modern science and technology, enterprises use new technology to produce "innovative" technology and services, existing enterprises and new enterprises in the wave of innovation, competition, cooperation and elimination, enterprises must constantly innovate to respond to changes in market demand to expand the business value of the enterprise. Enterprises in the original market have better advantages than those entering the market, but many of the companies that were once very successful have been gradually replaced by unknown companies entering the market. What are the reasons? What innovation strategies can be used? Change this fate? This study cites the "Innovation Strategies" method. From the review and discussion of innovation cases of well-known large enterprises in the past, the "Six Innovation Strategies" method was confirmed, and then the "SWOT Analysis" was used to understand the characteristics of the cases and find out which are suitable for case innovation Strategy-"Yi-Jing Five Types" of "Innovation Strategies", specifically to help the old-fashioned companies reinvent themselves and develop five methods of disruptive innovation or revolutionary products.
