After 25 years of comprehensive implementation of the National Health Insurance, the accessibility of medical treatment has been improved. The number of medical behaviors of the citizen has increased every year. The rise of citizen health awareness has caused large medical institutions to be overcrowded. In certain medical procedures, long waits must be overcome. Nowadays, the rapid development of medical information technology is also regarded as one of the quality of medical services. In order to reduce the unnecessary waiting of patients during medical treatment, reduce the wear of medical staff, and improve the quality of medical services, this study intends to develop a medical APP to target Registration, Outpatient, Examination, Charges, and Pharmaceuticals services, and use a structured questionnaire to investigate whether the respondents is willing to pay for using it. The result of the questionnaire shows that respondents is very willing to use it. In the future, we must overcome the difficulties of network security and online system compatibility in the hospital, and we hope it will become the main individual of Health management platform by increasing functions and integrate with mobile devices. |
