Binge-watch has formed another popular culture. Not only has it changed the habits of audiences to watch TV drama and entertainment, but also changed their lifestyle, which in turn led to the transformation of the film industry. The source of change seems to come from diverse online tools. Binge-watch has become one of the emerging entertainment activities, and today it has a very direct relationship with the development of diverse internet tools. Through empirical research, this second paper uses the first questionnaire survey data from the "Taiwan Communication Survey (TCS)" of Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), to verify the relationship between Binge-watching behavior and the entertainment time. The study found that no matter what kind of binge-watching tools are used, the results are significantly positively correlated with the time of binge-watch, which means that Binge-watch is highly correlated with the popularity of the Internet. Although TV will not disappear due to the development of Internet technology, it is far less than other Binge-watching tools, in terms of the convenience and varieties of TV drama. In addition, respondents can engage in many multitasking behaviors when watching TV dramas, such as using mobile phones to access the Internet, using MOD and mobile phones (tablets) to binge-watch, using computers and mobile phones (tablets) to access the Internet at the same time. The phenomenon of phubbing und surfing the Internet while watching the TV has become a common behavior pattern in today's society. In the regression results, the personal characteristic variables found that male respondents and unaccompanied respondents spent more time for entertainment in Internet than female respondents. Presumably this may be related to eSports, or it may be due to the fact that women are more of a caregiver in the family. The time they can go online for entertainment is divided up by daily chores. Younger groups are more likely to engage in recreational activities online than those of adult and mature groups. The reason may be that their network capabilities are more familiar; Non-working students, housewives and unemployed people have more time to surf the Internet than full-time workers. The higher the level of education order income, the less time spent on online for entertainment. Presumably because they spend more time in the workplace and learning, which leads to less time spent on entertainment online. This result reasonably presents a realistic lifestyle.
