Because the working environments in the army are becoming more open, there are more and more young students choose to join the army after graduating from high schools or universities. Since the army has fully promoted the recruitment system since January 1, 2018, the management of the troops has also become humanized. It is no longer in the high-pressure authoritarian management as they did before, and the welfare system has been constantly changing. Because the smart phones are allowed to be used in the army, many new knowledge can be received online anytime and anywhere. In response to the promotion of the recruiting system, many problems have been occurred. It is important to implement the recruitment effectiveness and retention rate. In order to allow the officers and soldiers to have a good living environment, the National Army has been working hard to create atmosphere to make they feel like at home and to get rid of the traditional stereotypes. By doing so, they hope to attract more talented young students to join the army. The purpose of the study is to investigate the impacts of the work environments in the army on officers and soldiers, and take the case of the army, Jiajia, as an example to investigate what kind of situations Jiajia will face in the army working environments, and then the internal and external aspects of attribution theory will be applied for discussion. Hopefully the army can improve the performance management, including integrate the enterprise performance appraisal system effectively into the troops, and strengthen the retired system, thereby optimizing the quality and consolidating the combat strength of the troops. |
