有鑑於全球社會年齡老化問題日益嚴重,台灣長期處於人口生育率偏低,少子化的現象更加嚴重,讓老人照顧的問題早已成為台灣社會急需解決的社會問題,在2018年更推出長照2.0的方案,在台灣在2025年將進入超高齡化社會,未來台灣平均每五位人口,即有一名老年人;而當前每6.2位青壯年扶養一位老人的扶養比例,在2061年也將暴增為1.2位,龐大的長照花費、長期的精神壓力都將是考驗。台灣政府在2017年提出長照2.0方案,期待能解決此一社會照顧問題,但經過這幾年的實施,成效尚有很大的進步空間,是使用的工具方法不對,還是政策法令人員配套的不完整? 如何做才能使老人得到妥善的照顧,且使照顧者也能有效的照顧老人,這是值得深入探討的研究問題。
本研究將探討數位科技產品-應用於老人照顧,是否能達成提供照顧者的照顧效率(減少時間的浪費)及提高被照顧者身心靈都能感受到被照顧的預期效益。就是利用數位科技產品的發展逐漸替代傳統僅提供單一功能服務的產品在居家照顧上提供許多有意義的數據可供收集,或即時監控讓被照顧者能清楚了解自己的生理狀態,居家環境狀態,另外另一個重要功能就是提供照顧者應該要注意的事項,讓照顧者主被動接獲通知訊息,知道被照顧的需求,提供與照顧者之間的聯繫,甚至進一步是醫護人員直接的介入醫療照顧,讓被照顧者能在需要的時候,得到應立即的即時照顧。

In view of the ageing of the global society, it is getting worse. In addition, Taiwan's population fertility rate is low, and the phenomenon of declining birthrate is serious. The problem of caring for the elderly has already become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently. Taiwan will enter a super-aged society in 2025. In the future, every five people in Taiwan will have an elderly person. The current proportion of support for an elderly person in every 6.2 young and middle-aged adults will also increase to 1.2 in 2061. The huge long-term expenses and long-term mental stress will be a test. The Taiwan government proposed the Longzhao 2.0 program in 2017, and is looking forward to solving this social care problem. However, after several years of implementation, there is still much room for improvement in the effectiveness, and the tools used are not correct, or the policies and regulations are matched. Incomplete? How to do this so that the elderly can be properly cared for, and the caregiver can also take care of the elderly effectively. This is a research question worthy of further discussion.
This study will explore the application of digital technology products - for the care of the elderly, whether it can achieve the care efficiency of the caregiver (reducing the waste of time) and improve the expected benefits of being cared for by the care recipient. It is the use of digital technology products to gradually replace the traditional products that provide only a single function service. It provides many meaningful data for home care, or instant monitoring so that the care recipient can clearly understand their physiological state, home environment status, and Another important function is to provide caregiver's attention, let the caregiver receive notification messages, know the needs of being cared for, provide links with caregivers, and even further direct medical interventions by medical staff. Allow the care recipient to get immediate care when needed.
Through the technology acceptance model analysis and case study, we will use the company A as an example to analyze in depth whether this digital technology product can be used for elderly care to achieve this expected product benefit. Through the technology acceptance model analysis and case-based analysis, we can deeply analyze whether the application of this digital technology product to elderly care can achieve this expected product benefit.
