Abstract Taiwan's companies have long been facing the low-priced strategy from China Competitors. And that is painful for the CEO of those Taiwan’s companies. With the change and progress of the times, the reasons why Chinese competitors can operate the low price strategy are also different, this study will explore the relevant conditions and reasons that lead to the large number of low-price strategies, and try to analyze the reasons and put forward the corresponding solution strategy, in order to receive the effect of the right medicine. Therefore, this study is based on PCB market, the case of equipment products (testing machines) in the industry is the subject of this study, especially for company F examples of the actual operation of the company and market conditions. We use of SWOT Analysis method and five force analysis method, trying to answer the questions set by two of this study: [1] The "Low-price strategy" of China’s competitors will bring what kind of impact to Taiwan and foreign companies for the testing machine in PCB market? [2] The technological changing was so fast now, in addition to the differentiation of products, how to effectively compete to the Low-price strategy within the product’s cycle?
This study Mainly on the basis of in-depth discussion of the reasons why Chinese competitors can have low-priced strategic conditions, and targeted to provide a solution to the strategy of thinking direction, but also reference to other international enterprises outside China in the past who use low-price strategy, and analyze their follow-up development after they used the low-price method to increase the market, in order to provide a more accurate solution to solve the problem of “low-price strategy”.
