Hsinchu rice noodles are internationally renowned, and rice noodles are also traditional Chinese cuisine. Therefore, rice noodles play an important role in China's food culture. However, with the change of time and environment, people have more choice of diet than in the past, so rice noodles industry faces a lot of challenges in today's society.
In order to solve the dilemma faced by the rice noodles industry, this study takes Hsinchu Nan xing rice noodle as an example to explore the difficulties that rice noodles industry will meet in actual. According to the management experience of the author and other related literatures. The main challenge of the rice noodles industry in Taiwan is that increasing number of people eat out, and the willingness of consumers to purchase rice noodles is decreasing because there are various of choice in diet . In order to solve the above difficulties, this study proposes three innovative strategies of process, product and sales strategy.
According to the dilemma faced by Taiwan's rice noodles industry, Nan xing rice noodles mainly propose the following innovative strategies: 1. Introducing a series of related products other than rice industry products with "rice" as the main topic. 2. find more marketing channels to change the revenue structure 3.
