This thesis aims to figure out the human resource quality problem and predicament in high tech industries. Past studies primarily focused on the market and particular problems on a certain industry, relatively few were from larger scale points of views with more variety of industries. This research tries to enlarge the study coverage in order to look into more details and find more reasons of the current human resource obstacle and low wage problem in the market and Taiwan society. Sure, we therefore hope to find a possible solution to build a stronger industry development and create more balanced society in the near future. From general business environment and individual personal abilities, we will see the connection between these two directions through the way of PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. And From market statuses and business models, we also can find how these situation impacting on the individual’s characters reaction. We all say HR is the most important issue in any kind of business. Because all of the execution and operation rely on it. It’s not only an element of the business, but also an important asset show how the value of the industry and surely also an important sign of the society and a country. After comparing the global business cooperation sizes and market leading position valuation methods, we find businesses cannot be valued through one direction, but from business size, profit, margin ratio. This study points out this problem and there will be some more valuable issues remain and could be study further.
