Among the content of film and Television, Television drama is the highest efficiency and huge influence programs. All TV stations regard main stream dramas as cores, however, the source of profit still coming from traditional advertising and authorization. Due to the policy of subsidy from government has been changed to encourage self-innovation, it’s resulted in the industries shoot films after get the subsidy which caused vicious circles. In contrast, since 1998 South Korea government officially announced “culture-oriented” policy, from enterprises to country, regard film and Television business as core valve to drive the development of economy. Over two decade of Korean wave, there had an very successful Korean drama “ Descendants of the sun” produced up to NTD $283 billion in 2016. It’s a very good role model that can be learned.
