Honghwa International Corporation, established at February 2013, is 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Chunghwa Telecom. From then on, Chunghwa Telecom starts to entrust Honghwa International to externally recruit the employees of Chunghwa Telecom's terminal customers, including technicians who operate showrooms, reception and sales personnel, customer service lines, counter-to-air sales personnel, customer network repairs, cable construction as well as transportation. Besides, they need to provide fast and excellent service to Chunghwa Telecom's users. The personnel recruited by Honghwa International are the manpower of atypical employment patterns. This thesis puts emphasis on discussing the relationship between Chunghwa Telecom and Honghwa International Corporation, says contract relationship or human dispatch relationship. By conducting in-depth interviews with document companies, case companies, and employees and using rigorous research methods, this manuscript shows the advantages and disadvantages of the large-scale companies that use dispatched manpower and the various impacts on the company. Hence, it can be viewed as a reference for the evaluation of large-scale enterprises' future human resources strategies.
