With the rapid development of technology, artificial intelligence has become more and more penetrable in financial industry. The current financial sector has changed considerably, and many tasks will be replaced by AI. After the 20-year career of insurance sales, I have a deep sense that artificial intelligence will make a big difference in future insurance sales modes.
Nowadays, the era of artificial intelligence comes into being, which is inevitable for the salesmen. This research work we proposed based on the conducting with the front-line sales staff for life insurance using questionnaires, and individual interviews. We tried to fully understand the salesmen from the relevant data. Going through the most real feedback and current situation needs, the artificial intelligence of insurance sales understanding. For the future of salesmen under the wave of artificial intelligence, how to expand new business opportunities, increase market volume is my main topic of this work.
