DRAM與NAND型快閃記憶體(NAND Type Flash)是人類資訊工業兩大最重要的部件，兩者全球年產值超過700億美元。DRAM 的應用較局限於PC, Note Book, IPC, 與Server等必須與CPU運算配合的領域中，而NAND型快閃記憶體則隨著手持智慧型設備的普及以及他活潑多樣的樣貌存在我們的日常生活中。2017年 NAND Flash 的全球年產值佔了全球記憶體總產值的39%，預計到2020年前將持續以7%的年均複合成長率(CAGR)穩定成長。

本研究以市場的供應與需求的角度探討NAND Flash的發展與應用，以及目前先進製程發展中所面臨的困境對產業所造成的影響，其中我們將探討主流供應大廠如何以其優勢操控產品及其訂價策略來穩固它的獲利空間，以便能在缺貨或這供過於求時都能確保其能穩定獲利。最後本篇研究亦將探討台灣NAND Flash產業在面臨大者恆大的產業態勢下能夠掌握的優勢跟機會點，以期對台灣NAND Flash產業發展提供綿薄淺見。

As the two most important component in the electrical engineering industry, the global annual value of production of DRAM and NAND Type Flash over 70 billion USD. The application of DRAM is limited to the realm of PC, Note Book, IPC, and Server etc. which need to co-operate central processing unit, but NAND Type Flash is very closely associated with our daily life as the popularity and high penetration rate of mobile device. In 2017, global value of production of NAND Type Flash reaches to 39% of total computer memory, and a forecast that its CAGR will at 7% before 2020.
This research works on the development and application of NAND Type Flash from supply and demand perspective, and the impact from the dilemma in processes for advanced development. In addition, here focuses on how are big suppliers keep gaining their profit margin by using their industrial superiority and pricing strategy in facing short and over supply. The result of this study is pointed out, in this fiercely competing NAND Flash industry which facing the situation that the bigger the stronger, I wish my humble opinion could be helpful to Taiwan NAND Flash companies master advantage and take the chance for a better future.
