Decision making has been an activity of human beings all the time. As a result of the rapid evolution of social technology, this activity has been transferred gradually into social network services. This paper is aimed to work on the issue of decision making among a group of people through a proposed technology: Q-Sticker. We tried to understand users’ behavior of voting online by conducting both qualitative and quantitative study which involved over 200 participants in total and during these studies, we proposed Q-Sticker to our participants as to observe users’ voting behavior from a different point of view and to foresee new voting experiences in the future. We listed many opinions and feedbacks from our users’ point of view in the result section of our studies, and we had an overall discussion about these findings which can be inducted into three main points: users’ voting behaviors may be influenced by user scenario, users’ identity and users’ current pain points. Beside to the deeper understanding of user’s voting behaviors, the findings and discussions in this thesis has also proved that Q-Sticker can be a new user experience in the future, and it can be a reference to the developers that are working on technology toward decision making.
