傳統的集中化系統會遭遇嚴重的安全議題，包括使用者隱私洩漏、以及不公平的交易。在這篇這論文中，我們基於區塊鏈的智慧合約技術與點對點網路技術，提出了一個開放而去中心的物聯網權限管理框架 – Ureka。Ureka框架利用了區塊鏈的技術提供了透明、安全、而可靠的全球性存取方法。藉由我們的點對點系統，物聯網設備的存取權限管理可以被牢靠地執行。我們的去中心化方案可以有效地保護物聯網設備，使其不會接受未經授權的存取。因此，Ureka解決了傳統集中化方案的問題，為物聯網應用提供了一個更安全且更公平的解法

The traditional centralized systems have severe issues in security, user privacy leakage and unfair transactions. In this paper, we propose an open decentralized access management framework, Ureka, for IoT (Internet-of-Things) systems based on Blockchain smart contract and P2P network technology. Ureka leverages the Blockchain-based smart contract scheme and provides a transparent, secure and reliable global access method. Our P2P-based system can be used to execute access permission management for IoT devices reliably. Our decentralized scheme effectively protects the IoT devices from unauthorized accesses. Therefore, Ureka provides a much more secure and equitable solution than the traditional centralized approaches for IoT applications.
