This thesis studies the Shanghai Museum collection of Warring States Chu Bamboo Slips "Hengxian", The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background of the study, its purpose and methodology, and the literature review. The second chapter is a Bamboo simple sorting of the full text, text interpretation, and full-text deciphering translation. The main purpose is to combine the research of advanced studies, and a full interpretation of "Hengxian", then, the more controversial "difficult words" are selected for detailed interpretation and discussion. The main study and sentences that this article examines are " zhi(質)" and "yi generates yi(異), wei generates wei(畏),wei(違)generates fei(非), fei (非)generates wei(違)xi generates xi(襲)". Chapter 3 through metaphorical theory puts forward the hypothesis that "heng(恆)is time", explaining "heng(恆)" with its self-driving force, never running out, constancy, circulation, and its metaphor not being harmed. Finally, attempt to connect the relations among time, water, and "heng(恆)" determines the interrelationship between Taoist thought and time and water since ancient times Chapter 4 compares Hengxian, Tai yi sheng shui, and "Lao Tzu" for more comprehensive and detailed explanation of "Hengxian", and by comparing the opinions of various counterparts, a thoughtful perusal of the text, presents an exposition of discussion. The fifth Chapter concludes. The first section shows the research results which are described in the order of chapters. Section 2 deals with research limitations and unfinished areas. There is also a list shown that this thesis has not been captured. The author hopes that other scholars will advance to make up for it.
