矽薄膜太陽能曾被產業分析師認為是最具發展潛力的太陽能產品,但在整體市場產量過剩導致削價惡性競爭下,發展至今僅存稀少幾家廠商苦撐,業者莫不亟思發展能帶給顧客驚喜感受的產品。本研究即以矽薄膜太陽能產品為個案研究之對象,使用所提出的二階段狩野模式分析方法,萃取及展開品質要素,擬訂產品開發、生命週期發展和產品重生等產品發展角度的魅力品質創造構想,在個案公司相關措施之推展後予以分析與檢視。最後共創造出5個魅力品質要素、發現3個魅力品質之要素,並改進了1個品質要素之屬性。
本研究根據研究結果歸納出,開發整合應用特徵之品質要素是魅力品質的重要來源,並且可以關注生命週期發展趨勢來輔助形成或維持魅力品質,而想要重生魅力品質的關鍵在於「新穎」元素等三項結論,同時也提供個案公司相應的建議。在研究中的分析結果均加入業界專家訪談,期使本研究能於充分的實務見解下,提供矽薄膜太陽能業者利基品質策略之訂立或其他行業探求魅力品質創造之參考。
Industry analysts ever claimed that silicon thin film photovoltaics are the most promising solar products, but so far few manufacturers remain only to be struggling because of vicious price competition. Companies must discover how to create added value by bringing customers delight. Therefore, the objective of this study was to apply the two-stage Kano Model methods to a silicon thin film photovoltaic company for quality elements were selected and deployed. It thereby made attractive quality creation ideas of product development aspects were including product design, life cycle development and rebirth. Corresponding actions were implemented in the case company and further analyzed. Finally, five attractive quality elements were created, three attractive ones were discovered, and the attribute of one was improved.
Three conclusions were summarized that the key source of attractive quality was to design integrated application characteristics, the conversion and maintenance of attractive quality can be focused on the trend of life cycle development and the critical rebirth point of attractive quality was “originality”. Relevant recommendations were also offered to the case company. Using expert interview to obtain practical insights in this study may serve as a guide to strategize quality niches for the silicon thin film photovoltaic industry or to find out how to create the attractive quality for other industries.
